It is a pleasure to announce Dave McCann, formerly with the US Olympic Committee and US Ski & Snowboard, has joined the Institute as our new Director for National Initiatives. I have known Dave for five years since we first met through our work with the National Council for Accreditation of Coaching Education. What has impressed me all these years is that Dave has a passion for coaching education and its value it brings to sport and our communities. More later on what Dave is cooking up for the Institute.
