Former RB Leipzig and Leeds United coach Jesse Marsh may become the new head coach of Leicester.


The management of Leicester has already held a meeting with the 49-year-old American specialist and remained satisfied with the negotiations. The exact details of the contract have not yet been agreed, but the appointment of the March may take place by the end of this week.

On April 2, Leicester's press service announced the dismissal of Brendan Rodgers, who had been in charge of the team since February 2019. In the current season of the English Premier League, Leicester is in 19th place, having scored 25 points in 29 matches.

Jesse Marsh left Leeds United in February 2023 after working at the club for one year. Last season, he helped the team avoid relegation from the Premier League. He is also known for his work with RB Leipzig
